The property contains everything you need to relax, and enjoy our amazing climate (Winter or Summer).

Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples traveling together, or temporary business residents.

Take advantage of the short drive to Woodgrove Shopping Center and walk to Westlake reserve park


Modern home with undercover pergola and fenced backyard is located in Melton West a short drive (2 minutes) from Woodgrove shopping center or 40 minutes from Melbourne CBD and all major attractions.

The large lounge area opening onto an undercover patio and private fully fenced backyard a suite perfect for lazing in front of the 55" Smart TV with complimentary Netflix . Free unlimited WiFi and a selection of board games are provided for your entertainment during your stay.

All three bedrooms have quality mattresses and ceiling fans
Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobes and good size ensuite,. Two other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house, with a queen-size beds

This house have 3 bedrooms and additional queen size airbed and linens will be available for extra guest ( guest 7 and 8)



The house comes with two bathrooms - ensuite and main, separate internal laundry and high-quality towels and bed linen.

A dedicated work place with height adjustment table will provide a comfortable Work From Home feeling.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware.

The fabulous private outdoor area with tropical plants, seating area is ideal to relax and enjoy our amazing climate. The entire house and backyard are available for your sole use during your stay

We had a lovely stay - the house was exactly as depicted in the description. Good amount of space for our family of five, very comfortable beds - excellent yard for our furry family member. The owner was fantastic in her communication - always very quick to respond and very helpful.

The home is older than the pictures used and as such there were a few things that needed attention but everything was neat and clean. We used the kitchen and found we had everything we needed. There is a major shopping centre a short, easy walk away which was super convenient. The backyard was not pet proof with holes in the fencing, but the host was advised and so hopefully that will be corrected soon.

Unfortunately lots of maintenance issues. We couldn't turn on the bathroom taps in main bathroom.The fan switch in bedroom was hanging out of wall with exposed wires. The ensuite toilet had to be turned of at tap due to refilling after leaking every 2 mins. The blinds in loungeroom fell off when we tried to use them. The armrests on dining chairs are falling apart. The photos need to be updated as the house is a lot older and run down than it shows.

Amazing outdoor area.

This property was great for our stay over new years. There were 3 incredibly comfy queen size beds, and also an inflatable mattress with additional blankets and pillows. The out door area was my favourite part, a large under cover area with table and chairs, bbq, swing, and even a dart board. There was also a decent size garden and grass area. Affordable and great value. Highly recommend

Nice home in a quiet neighbourhood

Lovely home, ample space and had all the amenities we needed. Fast internet and good hot water for the shower. Easy check-in process and good communication from our host.

Melbourne getaway with the whole family

From the minute we stepped into the house- we were relaxed. From the awesome gas heater that quickly warmed our bones- to the comfy lounges and beds. Kitchen was FANTASTIC- well equipped and easy to navigate. Water pressure in the showers was AMAZING!!!! Location was excellent.... far enough away from the CBD to have a country/ relaxed vibe... but close enough to go exploring. Woodgrove shopping centre was next level good- and literally 2 mins drive away. Thanks for all the little touches Lismi- you made our stay amazing.
