The pool was warm and someone came twice a week to clean it. There were issues with the refrigerator and pool light; Andrew was very responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issues. This house is so much larger than the pictures and even outside look.

Three rooms with king beds and another giant room with a queen and two twin beds and another room with two twin beds for the kids. Pool was amazing after a long hot day or to just stay in and swim. Nice to have everything we needed.

Fabulous house!

This place had everything you need. The location is only about 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach but closer to plenty of stores and restaurants. Downtown Melbourne is fun to walk around and only 10 minutes away. The pool provided our entertainment for the week and the house was comfortable and clean when we wanted to get out of the sun. We hope to be back!

Great property and enjoyed our stay. I do wish they had mirrors in the rooms. We were there for a conference and fixing hair was a little tough with all the adults in the house and ladies needing to fix hair. But other than that everything was wonderful.

Awesome stay in Melbourne

This house is amazing! It was beautiful, large and spacious and had plenty of beds for sleeping. It has everything you needed from enough dishes, pots and pans to beach towels for everyone! The pool is amazing. Had a nice little patio are where the grill is. They have pool toys and floaties for the kids. This was a perfect house for 2 larger families staying together.

Enjoyed

The house was beautiful and enjoyed the location. The beach was like 10-15 minutes away. We enjoyed the pool but the only thing was that the pool was not cleaned while we where there. The house had enough room for 14 people we could actually had more people stay in the house if it was allowed.
