"We had stayed at the hotel in 2023 and were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms had been remodeled. The bathroom and closet are very nice and modern with an attention to zen detail. We had breakfast included and the chef came around every morning bringing to each table the best and freshest out of the oven Madeleine cookies we have ever tasted."

"Worst check in experience - they charge extra 1000yen even when the room is ready for check in 1 hr prior to scheduled time. Across the globe - I have never seen anything like this ever - be it large or small hotel. Worst attitude of the front desk while handling check in. On top of it all - another person checking in next to me was not charged anything at the same time ! "The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable."

"Great place, just a 5 minute walk from all the excitement in Shibuya. Very modern and spacious for the 5 of us. They provided all the supplies like dishes, utensils and pans if we wanted to stay in and cook. Also, bathroom toiletries and detergent for the washer and dryer. There's a Seven Eleven just downstairs if we needed anything, but also less than a 1 min walk to a Family Mart of Lawsons. "Staff are nice, free beer is awesome, amenities are good OTHER than my capsule, which broke twice during my stay. The controls stopped working and needed the staff to reset them. The second time it broke was when I was leaving in the morning, which made gathering my stuff/getting dressed/leaving a bit stressful. Fix the pods and it’s 5/5"
