"Location is perfect for getting around, close to shops, restaurants and most important train system. Was disappointed with lack of space in the room, with king bed we found there was no starge space for clothes so had to leave everything in suitcases for weeks stay, wish TV had some more channels or a smart tv so if you wanted to unwind and just relax in front of the tv before bed you couldn't do so."

"The staff always had umbrellas ready for tourist who did not own or wish to purchase umbrellas. The staff were all accommodating when I forgot to get items from my room after checkout and went out of their way to help me retrieve my items. Only critique would be the restaurant was just medium for the price. Given all that Japan has to offer and all the world travelers who frequent Tokyo, I assumed a buffet would have more options. Same with dinner menu. Not buffet style but my non seafood...

"We had an issue with the AC during our trip but the staff was quick to resolve and offered to refund partial parts of the stay after confirming the issue. The AC was fixed quickly and they even bought water, snacks, a cooling towel, and an extra fan as an apology. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of space, laundry, and spacious shower. Check-in was great and only took a minute."

"We had stayed at the hotel in 2023 and were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms had been remodeled. The bathroom and closet are very nice and modern with an attention to zen detail. We had breakfast included and the chef came around every morning bringing to each table the best and freshest out of the oven Madeleine cookies we have ever tasted."

"Perfect location for us. A bit quieter neighborhood but still walkable from the main area around Shinjuku station and a short walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Super clean, new, apartment space. Kids loved the pull down projector. Very helpful to have in-unit laundry/dryer."

"The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable."
