"Great hotel for our 3-day stay in Tokyo. As Canadians, it was helpful to have a front desk staff who spoke English and we’re quite helpful to arrange taxis, transport our bags to the next city, and give us tips for were to eat when we arrived late the first night. Room was bright, clean and well setup. In-room laundry was really nice, and the girls liked the pool too. Oh - and the beds and pillows are excellent. You’ll enjoy this place for a family stay."

"Staff are nice, free beer is awesome, amenities are good OTHER than my capsule, which broke twice during my stay. The controls stopped working and needed the staff to reset them. The second time it broke was when I was leaving in the morning, which made gathering my stuff/getting dressed/leaving a bit stressful. Fix the pods and it’s 5/5"

"Great place, just a 5 minute walk from all the excitement in Shibuya. Very modern and spacious for the 5 of us. They provided all the supplies like dishes, utensils and pans if we wanted to stay in and cook. Also, bathroom toiletries and detergent for the washer and dryer. There's a Seven Eleven just downstairs if we needed anything, but also less than a 1 min walk to a Family Mart of Lawsons. "The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable."

"Location is perfect for getting around, close to shops, restaurants and most important train system. Was disappointed with lack of space in the room, with king bed we found there was no starge space for clothes so had to leave everything in suitcases for weeks stay, wish TV had some more channels or a smart tv so if you wanted to unwind and just relax in front of the tv before bed you couldn't do so."
