"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. "Wij kwamen er zondagavond bij thuiskomst achter dat de lievelingsknuffel van ons zoontje was achtergebleven in het huisje. We hebben meteen gebeld met de receptie en gelukkig werd de telefoon aangenomen en werden we heel vriendelijk geholpen en gerustgesteld door Joke. Ze zou het meteen doorgeven aan de schoonmaakploeg.
