"We disliked the check-in procedure without an actual reception area. It was very awkward and difficult to communicate with management. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. On the Expedia site it specifically said that both bathrobes and laundry facilities were provided but this was not the case. When Expedia staff had to intervene no I do was provided that the hotel has rooms in other buildings. Another example of a hotel that’s run without staff at the premises and cannot be contacted to resolve an issue. Most terrible check in ever."
