"The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely...

"We stayed in a tiny houss that was well equipped. Upon checking in we met Henry who works on the property. He was great, helped us get settled and answered all our questions. The site is on the Hudson and has nice views. The onsite restaurant was great too! Shout out to Rachel behind the bar and Matt our waiter."

"This property was absolutely amazing! Beautiful location and accommodations! Well stocked with kitchen supplies. Clean inside and out , outdoor space beautiful, grill clean. Super friendly and accommodating owners I have rented quite a few VRBO rentals, this by far was the best! We plan on being returning renters! I if it was possible I would give this property far beyond a 5! Definitely planning on returning! "

"This was a good deal for the location and space for my family’s stay. It was close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and overlooked Washington Park. AC window units and fans made it comfortable in the July heat. Street parking was made easy thanks to the host. "

"Ken was an exceptional superhost. His house was beautiful and spotless. There were no bugs in sight in the month of August. All the rooms looked exactly like the pictures and we were given plenty of bathroom toiletries & towels for our stay. We highly recommend staying here! "

"Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mare! There was plenty of room for all and the beds were very comfortable. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the track which was an important feature for our crew! Our host Tim was super communicative and quickly answered any questions we had prior to and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again thank you!!"
