"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"What a gem at Colonial Beach! Having never been, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. Cozy, comfortable and convenient to everything. Waking to the sunrise was a treat. Very clean. Beds are comfy. Big nice bathroom. History of the building is so interesting. The owners are very very nice to work with. Would love to come back!"
