"剛好在淡季入住，以致我們成了包棟入住，屋內的暖氣、澡堂還是給得很足，感覺對店主有點不好意思。招待的是日本夫妻，老婆的英文還不錯，老公好像英文不太好。櫃檯、澡堂有營業服務時間，夜間出入也有門禁時間，就需要用密碼鎖出入。雖然我們的和式房沒有附廁所，但店主貼心的將房間安排在離廁所及茶水間很近的地方。周遭的賣店有點距離，如果沒有開車前往，記得要先自備一些需要的食物。位置緊鄰琵琶湖畔及沙灘，如果夏天這裡一定很熱鬧！！是值得再次造訪的地方！"

"We had 3 fantastic stays at the Riverte Kyoto Kamogawa. Very service minded staff that took good care of us from arriving to checkout. Room was spacious, nice and comfortable - and the hotel has a small rooftop terrace. Area is quiet and nice, but with a selection of amazing small restaurants close by. We will stay here again when we visit Kyoto. "

But it was the sweetness of the staff that we will most remember. When an Uber failed to show, the manager came out and hailed a taxi for us.
