"Beautiful, historic inn located in the Fort Conde area of Historic Mobile. There are multiple properties to stay in, however we preferred the “Inn” also know as the “Hall-Ford” House. The bistro across the street is a MUST-DINE whether brunch or dinner. We loved this place and will be back!"

"The hotel staff were nice and the building was in good shape overall. Our only issue was they did not clean our room in accordance to their posted cleaning policy, which was rooms are cleaned every other day. We were there 5 days (Thursday -Monday) and our room was not cleaned, until the day before we checked out; and, that was by request on Saturday afternoon. The hotel was near shopping, restaurants, had a nice outdoor area and lobby area for gatherings. Fresh popcorn was made daily. I...

"The first room I was assigned to was not clean the bed linens were all over the place like someone had slept in the bed and their was trash on the counters. I had to go back to the front desk and get another room assigned that was clean. The second room was clean but the bed was hard as a rock. Quite uncomfortable. I checked out super early in the morning and did not stay for breakfast because I couldn’t sleep any more on the hard bed. "

"Very nice. The valet was affordable and great service. Unfortunately a guest next door got in after midnight and played his personal music really loud both night and morning. Another guest on the other side was loud too so that didn’t make for a quiet night but not the hotel’s fault. "
