"The staff was very helpful and courteous from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out. It is very conveniently located to downtown. The only minor thing that I would say was a bit of an inconvenience was that they only had one elevator in service the 4 days I was there. I was located on the 12th floor, so sometimes the wait could be up to 5 minutes. But this would not keep me from staying again if I visit Mobile, Al The one thing that I disliked the most about my entire stay is the...

"The staff members at the breakfast area was very rude and unprofessional. They was complaining to the customers about not shutting the lids on the eggs and sausage. She mumbled under her breath, went to the kitchen and started telling the other staff she wasn't cooking. No more sausage for these people that can't even do what she tells us to do. I stopped and confronted her. She said she had all the right to complain about the people that was not listening to her. I told her she did not have...

"Is very convenient to the school if you have a student or a person at the school, but the overall host was nice. It just need to be clean more. It was hair in my bed and it was hair in my shower. That was not mine."

"Gorgeous property and room with a great tub! Beds were comfortable but small. It took 10-15 minutes after arrival for the front desk staff to acknowledge our presence. There were 3 employees present at the time. One of the front desk employees was so awfully rude to another employee that was working outdoors-so much so that we were actually offended. We will stay again because we loved the property so much."

"Everything was perfect! Staff were top tier with customer service, rooms were very clean and comfortable, and food was delicious!"

"Cleaning needs improvement, but otherwise nice staff and a quiet place to rest while traveling."

"I was disappointed in my stay. I thought since this had the Hilton named it would be quality stay, I was wrong……. The hotel has highly used and therefore is run down and needs the be remodeled. The carpet was discolored and you could not adjust the AC. We had 2 people staying in a room and they only gave us 2 full size towels, one of which was ripped from being washed so much from heavy bleach. Breakfast was not included, you had to pay for that. We will not stay at this Hilton or...
