"Perfect location! Far enough away from the busy hustle and bustle, but close enough (10 min) to take multiple trips into Gettysburg throughout each day. Love being able to drive past so much history on our way in! Owners were wonderful about allowing us to have our pets! Only surprise was no access to washer and dryer and no grill. I should have paid attention to the listing better! Didn't put a dent in our trip though! Home was extremely clean and very welcoming! We loved sitting on the porch...

The property was beautiful and very close to all of the military parks. The owners were beyond helpful the entire process. "Perfect place to stay if you love sitting outside and listening to nature. The propert was clean and comfortable. Easy distance to travel to Gettysburg or DC (we did both.) Overall, as a family of 4, we would love to return if we ever make it back this direction. "

"Wonderful location for touring. We saw Gettysburg, Antietam, and Hershey. Super clean and quiet! Great coffee! Easy walk to historic downtown area for supper and shopping. Grocery stores nearby as well."

"A very clean, comfortable house. We had thought about doing the hotel rooms route, but are so thankful that we chose the Culp House. Myself and my two adult sons were able to spend our free time together, and bond like we haven't been able to since they were teenagers. And best of all it is so centrally located within walking distance of the center of Gettysburg."

"Lovely place to stay for the weekend! We were in and out quite frequently as we were in the area for a wedding. It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for something low key and less chaotic than a hotel! The rental was set up nice and they even provided some coffee and snacks. "

"Loved the view off of the deck...just beautiful! Our girls enjoyed canoeing, swimming, and fishing (sunfish, bass & perch). The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to our needs and questions. Location is close to Gettysburg (10-15 min) and there's a nearby grocery store for shopping. Excellent place to get away on a family vacation, especially if you love the beauty of the outdoors! "
