"I stayed here with my son while riding the Katy Trail. The property is literally steps away from the McKittrick Trailhead making it very convenient for an early start the next day. Since my son was my "support vehicle driver", we easily drove into Hermann for meals and to explore the town. The room was more of a spacious one-bedroom apartment rather than a hotel room. It had a full kitchen stocked with some food and drinks and a washer and dryer (stocked with detergent and fabric softener!) ...

"Olga’s property is so cute! We couldn’t get over how nice it was when we first got there. It’s a quick drive into town and the area itself is very quiet. We did hear a lot of noise from the other units, so ear plugs are recommended if you’re a light sleeper. Other than that, we had no complaints. "

"The cabin is as described and pictured. Host made it easy to find with detailed instructions. It’s very secluded & quiet with little to no traffic. We saw various wildlife to include birds, squirrels, and deer. There are chairs provided to sit on the front deck. Bed is very comfortable. Shower has good pressure and hot water. "

"My friends and I booked this hoping for a comfortable and semi-rustic camp experience, what we found was a glamping gem that felt like a private retreat with beautiful sunset views, on an incredibly welcoming and relaxed property. All about 8 minutes from the heart of Hermann. We truly enjoyed our time chilling by the fire, the chairs were very comfy and I absolutely cannot overstate the quality of the cocktails that were served right to the fire pit area.
