"This home is new and very comfortable and is as the pictures describe. The bedrooms are upstairs and it was fine for our 86 and 88 year olds with us.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and I would definitely stay here again."

"I spent the weekend in Bakersfield with family and had a great time at the Hacienda! The kitchen is well equipped with cooking items and there were enough spaces in the house that I could escape the noise of loud talkers. ;)Lori was incredibly responsive and kindly left snacks for arrival.There was a lot of street parking and a grocery store less than 10 min away."

"We all loved staying here, it had everything we needed even if we forgot something they had it like toothpaste. Everyone was so comfortable and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here when we go to Buttonwillow Raceway. Three different couples were able to have enough space to feel comfortable and they even have a game room. Love it . Five Stars. "

"The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to...

"We had an enjoyable stay at the house. There was excellent communication with the owner throughout our stay. The house is comfortable. The bathrooms are especially nice. However, the owner should invest in the following for future guests: a new ceiling fan for one of the bedrooms (the one in place is broken), a functioning TV in the bunkbed room, more kitchenware, e.g. wine glasses, a new outdoor grill, comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms (they are either too hard or too soft)."
