"A really cool experience to stay in a renovated barn so close to Colgate’s campus. It was a 4 minute drive but felt like a world away. Very quiet location with an impressive stream to walk to on the property. We loved our stay!"

"Location was great, host was very communicative and accommodating. Cabin was perfect for our needs for a weekend getaway and the place was stocked with anything you could think of. Like impossibly thoughtful in this way. Only challenge was getting into the driveway which is a bit precarious but very much a minor detail in the scheme of things. Would recommend and would visit again."

"This place was great. It was in a good location with everything we needed. It was clean, well organized with lots of space. We would stay here again for sure!"

"We needed a spot to attend a family memorial in the area. This house was a perfect selection. The weather was a little too wet and chilly to take advantage of the lake fully, unfortunately! But we couldn’t have asked for more with the house and the ease of stay. We appreciated every little touch! "

"attended the blue's festival was a great time. we were right across the street from it a short walk. the apartment was an old Victorian home with charm. there was a couple things that needed repair, the kitchen faucet came off and the floors were dirty. We were not in the apartment very much so it really wasn't a big deal"

"We had a wonderful stay here while home visiting family. The house was nice and cozy but also plenty of room for the 7 of us at the same time. The firepit was a relaxing time on a cool night and the complementary items were a nice touch as well as the hot tub. We hope to rent again in the future when we venture back to the area to visit. Last but certainly not least, Phil was a super attentive host and we have never had so much positive communication and 5 star care from a host in the past as...
