"I was totally shocked that we actually rented a whole space where they host events. It is a massive space inside and out with a full bar and commercial kitchen. Is it a small town? Yes. But they have essentially everything you need. 2 gas stations, a meat market, grocery store and a pizza joint all within a 5 minute walk. And then the view of Mt Shasta....gorgeous. 100% recommended!"

"It was so peaceful and beautiful with an amazing view of Mount Shasta! The cabin we stayed in was really nice, comfortable bed and cozy couch to enjoy a movie on the tv in the evenings, which they have plenty of apps avaliable, like Netflix, to use. We especially loved sitting on the porch at night enjoying a glass of wine and the ambience of the stringed lights they have up in the shared courtyard. It's also peaceful sitting out there in the mornings with tea and coffee. Definitely keeping this...

"We had a wonderful time here! It was our first time in the area and we enjoyed going to the lake and the amenities the cabin had to offer. It allowed us to grill up dinner, spend time together outside with beautiful views, a place for the kids to safely run around, and adequate space inside for us to all spend time relaxing in the evening. We'd love to come back to make this an annual trip!"

"The Basecamp Lodge was awesome! The property is super cool, with a really fun looking communal courtyard (we'll have to check that out in the summer months!) and it feels very neighborhood-y versus commercial. Town is very close if you need take-out, groceries (fire wood at Ray's!), or things to do (Movie Theater near Ray's, Ice Skating rink is like 3 min drive, Ski Park/Sledding, Lake Siskiyou).We stayed in Cabin 4 which was perfect for us. Although the photos are nice and well done I think...
