"This was a celebration for my Niece's Birthday. My daughter lives in Sacramento and joined us. This apartment is in a good location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to good coffee, groceries, restaurants. We spent Monday at Old Town and then short walk to Golden 1 for WWE. This is not a stand alone house. There are three apartments grouped together. It was clean and comfortable. "

"The location worked well and has dedicated parking. The apartment has been created from part of a larger house that has tenants, and you can hear them, including kids, running around and talking. The layout is four contiguous rooms: kitchen, living room, walk-thru bathroom to the bedroom. The window unit in the living room isn’t super effective at cooling the bedroom during a May heat wave (low 90s) and requires that bedroom and bathroom doors stay open to have a chance. "Love this house! The location was wonderful! It’s close to river, zoo, park and in a lovely little neighborhood. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed all aspects of the house. Will definitely stay here again if in the Sacramento area and will happily refer our friends. "

"The house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful home, well kept. We enjoyed the pool it was very relaxing. There were also a ton of toys that my kids really enjoyed playing with. Tons of space for the kiddos to play. Loved the coffee table books on the architect. "

"Wow ! Beautiful home spectacular views so mesmerizing so relaxing we couldn’t ask for anything else. Our vacation was short, but we will definitely will be coming back so beautiful to see the sunset and the lake. The owners are so nice definitely I will be back with my family. Thank you, Sheila."

"The house and location were perfect for our needs…really loved having the extra half bath, that was a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to park the cars behind the gate, felt very safe, we didn’t have any problems in the neighborhood anyway.And such a big backyard for the dogs, they actually had room to run! Eating dinner on the patio in the evening was also a highlight. The kitchen is very pretty and so are the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. ...

"Met up with my siblings for the second time at this hone! We love it! It was so spacious for cooking, eating and visiting. Master bedroom and bath were huge!!! Nice green backyard with a breeze. Busy street for a walk, but quiet streets nearby and an olive preserve suited the bill. Very quiet inside the house."

"We booked this amazing house for my daughter’s graduation from UC Davis. It was perfect for our family of 12! So much room for everyone. Besides my daughter’s graduation, the pool was the second highlight of the trip. We had so much fun swimming and playing and being together. Santosh is a wonderful host. He answered all my questions promptly and helped make our visit more enjoyable. Thank you, Santosh, for helping make my daughter’s graduation unforgettable! "

"My sisters and I were in town for my daughter's wedding. We helped prepare food for the wedding using the kitchen. The house was so perfect for us! We loved sitting outside on the deck watching the birds and hummingbirds. The neighborhood was so quiet, so we were able to rest and relax. "

"We really enjoyed staying at this two bedroom. I would have to stay apartment. It was very clean. It was decorated very nicely and I actually didn’t really find anything wrong with the place. We will for sure. Stay here again when we’re back in town and it’s available. This is actually the second Apartment that we stayed in and both are very nice."

"This property was interesting. Clean and very conveniently located to downtown and attractions. Everything worked as expected. Keypad entry to the house. The entire upstairs was the master suite which was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Items that could be improved: The master bedroom/upstairs did not have a chair or bedside lamps to make reading an option without overheads on. There was no TV in the master/upstairs.
