"El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y me decepcionó la poca atención que recibí por parte del personal, y que la única solución que me dieron fue poner un pequeño radiador para intentar calentar la habitación (cosa que no pasó). Estoy muy descontenta con el hotel y con la atención."

"I cant get my refund despite giving my information on time"

"Absolute gem of a place. Sarah is very hospitable and has all the amenities you need for a stay. The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was superb. We loved our stay and would love to come back one day thank you."

"Helpful staff in a picturesque setting. The food was excellent and our room was spacious and comfortable."

"When I booked I didn’t realise it was a self entry hotel but the instructions provided by the manager were clear & easy to follow & I encountered no problems. My room was clean & comfortable with good amenities including a small fridge & microwave & the shower was a decent one. Overall I’d happily stay here again."

"Lovely characterful charming building. Really comfy bed and bedding. A little tired in areas but overall a great stay and would return again."

"Good"

"Overall a nice stay but the rooms needed a good clean and some simple renovation. The bed frame/fabric base was all stained, the floor was stained and the window latches all broken so the window was either wide open or shut. A couple of £1 hinges would fix it. Spiders in the shower in both rooms. The staff were great, parking easy, bar was nice. Just needs some simple tlc"

"They do not do the daily cleaning, unless you ask for, but I wasn't told while check in. The fire alarm triggered at 7.30 in the morning and nobody explained anything. The shower mech wasn't working properly and it was impossible to enjoy a relaxing moment after a hard day at work. "

"N/A"

"Lovely hotel better than stopping in big chain groups, the more personal touch, nice clean rooms and great food in the restaurant"

"Great pub hotel, delicious food and spacious rooms. Dog friendly, which is a bonus. Worth noting that it is not suitable for anyone who needs accessible rooms."
