"Our stay was exceptional. We originally booked to stay at the Redwings Lodge, 45 Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4QL. The hotel was so terrible, within 30 minutes of checking in, we had to book to stay at your hotel. When we arrived, the staff was amazing. The desk in the room was sticky with plenty of marks from previous guests. So was the mirror in the bathroom with written messages that showed up with the shower steam which proves the room had not been cleaned as you would expect. All rest of things were perfect.
