She had the sweetest disposition and always acted like she really enjoyed helping everyone with a smile on her face! There were several others like Nateli but I didn’t get their names. We enjoyed our stay and will be back if we’re ever in that area again! "

"Staff were so friendly and helpful, even allowed us to check in early on thanksgiving at around 6am without any fee! Hugely appreciated. Room was a little small but it was cozy and was always very clean. Great location, near everything we wanted to do. Would definitely return!"

"We were sceptical after all the other reviews on other platforms we read about the smoking sensors being triggered when no one was smoking in the rooms and being charged $500, we are non smokers so we were concerned by these reviews, but I am glad to report all was fine. We had a fab stay here, the bedrooms were clean spacious and comfortable (king city view). We were on 12th floor it was a little noisy Saturday evening but fine after that. The roof top bar was great and gave some good views....
