"We had a comfortable stay at the lake cottage. Could have done without all the rain! Loved the location right on the lake. The surrounding neighborhood is a perfect place to walk. The views of the lake and wildlife are lovely. The house has everything you need. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The bathrooms are also great. "To celebrate our daughter’s graduation our family enjoyed a long weekend in the mountains. The house was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. We loved hanging out down by the river and playing pool into the night. It was a perfect get away!"

"We live about an hour away but this was a great mini getaway. We lived the screened in porch and fire pit by the river. There were games and rock painting for the kiddo. Perfect stay. "

"Was surprised a couple of days before our stay to learn that total rooms available included an additional house that was away from the main house…. And we had to drive there(not walking distance)…. Not well outlined in the original listing…. Not a problem and worked out well but did come as a surprise late in the process"

The property is gorgeous and there was so much to do. This is the perfect option for families and adult weekends alike. "We were in town for a rowing event at Lake Lanier. The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed, with great open spaces for our large family to gather and hang out. The weather unfortunately did not allow us to enjoy the awesome outside space and lakefront dock as much as we would have liked, though we did enjoy the lake view at least! Highly recommend - we would definitely book another stay at this property the next time we are back in town."

"The house is beautiful, spacious and had all the amenities that you need. Even on the rainy day, we had the opportunity to play pool on the lower level, darts on the main floor and cards on the 2nd floor. It has a wonderful kitchen that was well stocked with everything you needed to cook a wonderful meal. There are 3 decks that were wonderful for enjoying the beautiful evenings. "I like the house beds are very cozy.There is limited seating so hard to relax. Adding another couch or loveseat would certainly help. The kitchen needs a set of silverware and a regular coffee maker. Most people don't use a k cup. "

"Our family had a wonderful experience at the lake and property was as advertised or in many cases even better. The house, the communication with the owner, the location and the beauty of the lake and property were all exceptional. Easily accommodated a group of 9 adults and 5 children.
