"House was very clean. Very close to the courthouse and park. "

"This home was absolutely beautiful. There were cute notebooks that were left for people to write about their stay and some of them even brought tears to our eyes. You can just tell how much time and energy the owner put into this. All of the information around the house had enough for us to read for hours. "We had a great time! The place is in a wonderful location and a short walk to shopping, dining, and most anything you want to see or do in Jerome. Checking in was quick and easy. We found the place very clean and neat with plenty of pillows, blankets, and toiletries. I was so happy to see the shower stocked with shampoo and conditioner, as I had forgotten mine!!! We loved sitting on the patio in the evening and chatting. This was a very memorable trip and we would love to stay again :) "

"We had a such a great stay! Comfortable, lots of space for all of our guests, nice outdoor seating options, great communication with owner, and we liked the location. Our only issue was that the sports equipment was a bit run down (pool sticks, bags for cornhole, etc). "

"Great place to see. Nice & updated cabin. Beds were comfy as was the living room setup. Perfect for my husband and me. An elk joined us in the backyard for dinner Friday night :) Will plan to stay here again next time we come to the area."

"This property is well appointed,clean and a awesome spot to be within walking distance to downtown. It is a bit of a walk, but definitely doable. I suggest wearing good comfortable walking shoes due to the fact that the sidewalks are uneven in some areas. I look forward to staying at Suzanna's place again."

"To say our stay at the lovely "Rustic Retreat" was everything we'd hoped it would be, is an extreme understatement!Everything was perfect....and so much better than the pictures portrayed . We spent most of our time outdoors...nestled among the ponderosa pines....soaking in the sun and the crisp mountain air. Inside was cozy and intimate....just right for we two. All the amenities were well thought out as well....and Sona was an amazing host.Cant wait to do it again....we will be back! "

"I stayed with a group of 8th graders for a class trip to AZ and the home had plenty of space to accommodate us. The children loved the game room and other tables games throughout the house. Those who enjoyed quieter activities liked reading on the comfy couches, outdoor chairs and hammock. The house was close to a lot of the activities we did. "

"Property was a great small home for one person or a couple right in the heart of Prescott. Host was very responsive. Had one issue with A/C that host corrected right away. "

"The cabin had everything we needed for our little family. We loved staying in the woods with a short drive into town. Owner provided thorough information about the property and its amenities. If you are coming up from Phoenix, I highly recommend driving through Wickenberg/Yarnell. "
