"the room was very adequate for my stay. I was in town for a baby shower and the hosts live right around the area so it was very convenient. I love that Top Banana was right up the street they have great coffee and great pastries. I always enjoy my stay is Seattle, and this was my first time staying in a single room style accommodation and it was just right. If I had an issue it would be that the common are was untidy, and had a bit of a smell like spoiled milk, but I didn't spend any time there...

"Unit needs general maintenance. Neither bedroom table lamp work, baseboard heater paneling unattached, bedroom blinds don’t retract up, toilet seat loose/not attached correctly.
Also, my car was broken into to during my one night stay while parked in front of the unit."

"I feel that there needed to be more sitting when 4 people have rented the property and maybe weed the front.
It was very clean and over all happy that we stayed there.
