From the balcony you have a magnificent mountain panorama as well as an idyllic view of the small church of St. Wolfgang. The right place to leave the stress of everyday life behind you
Skiers have a wide choice of ski areas nearby, such as Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg or the Katschberg with its great A1, one of the longest runs in the Alps. The ski bus stops every 15 minutes and is easily accessible on foot.

In summer, nature lovers get their money's worth. Mauterndorf and its surroundings are ideal for hiking or cycling. A very well maintained 18-hole golf course can be found only 8 km away, a special experience to hit the ball between the mountains.

After a few minutes' walk you are in the centre of Mauterndorf, where you will find restaurants, inns and shopping centres.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
