"This has become an annual event - and this wonderful home is the place we choose every year. The rooms are so comfortable, and there is so much open living space! The location can’t be beat - easy walking distance to St. Bernard Catholic Church and several delicious restaurants. Great place to spend some time with loved ones!"

"We had to make a sudden change in plans and booked the Clementine last minute. It was great! The place is quite roomy and comfortable for a 1 bedroom. It was very clean and had everything one might need. You can walk to food and the bath houses and shopping on Central. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Hot Springs."

"There was plenty of space for six adults. Although we would have preferred that each adult bedroom had its own bathroom, we made it work. The kitchen was well equipped. Most importantly, the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. "

"We stayed at this property for six days in April, 2025. It's new construction with new appliances. Everything was spotless and brand new. My wife has high cleanliness standards and doesn't even like most hotels, but she loved the townhome!The house was very well stocked, ranging from ziplocks to flatware, shampoo, and even q-tips! "The exterior of the home is brick and provided sound proofing from the neighbor across the street that had company til 2 AM out if their garage made into a man cave. The open architecture of the floor layout made it feel roomier. A TV in every room was convenient. The empty garage made parking the car out of the heat was convenient. A small outside decking beyond the roofed patio would be advisable so that guests who choose to use the grill don't melt the siding and vinyl roofing"
