"I'll start with the good. The staff was mostly helpful and pleasant. The A/C worked fine. There was a bus that ran in the evenings to the casino, but only two nights a week. There were some unpleasant things. We are not ones to complain, so we let them go. The wallpaper was peeling off of all of the walls. The ceiling was water stained. "The hotel was in a great location. Could walk to several restaurants and beaches. The staff kept the hotel very clean. Unfortunately our room was basically in the lobby so very noisy at times. The door to our room was very hard to open. Did not expect the sundeck and pool to be on different floors. We were promised two free drinks but it was actually BOGO which is not the same!"

"I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...
