"As others have noted, the space is very clean, well appointed and conveniently located. I'd like to add that the hosts have done a wonderful job of representing the community in the home. Their art collection is lovely and features local artists. The books placed are all interesting and about the area; even the chocolates were purchased from a locally owned store. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the July 4th weekend. We spent many hours on the front porch watching the sun rise, the boats pass by, birds soar, including bald eagles nesting nearby! The house is charming and very well equipped. We appreciated the binoculars to watch birds and fireworks. Betterton Beach is a short walk. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend! "

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kameka's property. It is very clean and upkept; you literally have everything that you need. The grocery store is within walking distance and stays open late. It is a very quiet area, no one hanging out, and I felt very secure/safe. I would definitely stay again when visiting in Delaware. ☺ 💕 "

"The place was appealing with a private entrance. The swimming pool was a big plus for our granddaughters who play in it most every day as the air temperature was very hot . Alerted the owner to a malfunctioned door and she replied immediately. All in all an enjoyable stay! "

"Wonderful location for a quiet extended-family stay. Lots of room for everyone across our four generations. We like to cook, and the huge dining table was perfect for being together for meals. Excellent seafood nearby. We brought our kayaks and went up & downriver, and bicycles for rides alongside the canal. Golfed at two nearby courses & had a great time overall! Owner (Dennis) was very responsive and friendly. Gorgeous view and lovely sunsets. Thanks!"

"My husband and I were there for our anniversary weekend. Hosts were very friendly, had good recommendations, and place was modern and clean! We enjoyed the beach area, sunsets and walks in the neighborhood. We brought our own kayaks and fished... caught lots of catfish!!
