"It is above the owner's house so you have to be aware of noise. It is very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is poor lighting and a small mirror in the bathroom. When doing hair and applying make up was a challenge. Also I could not get the TV to work. It had no internet access. It said there was access to hulu but I could not get the TV to work at all but I did not contact the owner as it was late. Overall I really enjoyed the stay. It is very close access to everything and very clean...

"What a perfect little guest suite! My friend and I were in town to see a show on Jones Beach. Deidre's place suuted us to a T. It was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The futon bed is a bit small (double?), but the mattress and pillows are cozy. There's a window AC unit in the kitchenette which cooled the place in no time. The kitchen and bath were so well-stocked - Deidre thought of everything! She is incredibly helpful, giving us lots of guidance on transportation, dining and daytime...

"I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend."

"This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this property."

"We were in town for a swim meet and this apartment was the perfect size and location for us. We would definitely stay again. The communication was great and everything went very smoothly!"

"Very nice, clean, comfortable. Suggest tissues in room, hair dryer. Host responsive to communications & accommodating. Private bathroom outside room in hallway did not prove to be a problem for us but might be for some. Overall a very good experience. Would recommend "

"My stay was fine, just little things like the old floor noise and if you want to cook for the family, you don’t have cooking pans. I end up buying my own cooking pan. The owner never answered me when I asked. I didn't ask again. The area is quiet and close to convenient stores. "

"The entire state was amazing and everything was literally perfect. However, the home had some areas where things were either broken or a little dirty in spots. Overall though, the entire place was huge! Definitely bigger than the online listing. The backyard was beautiful. The photos on the listing are also a little old because the home had a lot of updates and modifications. Like I said, though it just could’ve been cleaned a bit better and fixed in some areas so that people wouldn’t be afraid...

"We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded."
