Hotels a Mas, Mas

"This is an excellent place just outside the hustle of the center of Ubud. Located in a beautiful location with a view on the ricefields and a beautiful pool. A soft bed, airconditioning and the nicest staff. A concert of frogs is a free gift. So you gotta embrace that or bring earplugs. ;) but I slept like a baby after a restorative yoga class by Lawrence at the yogabarn. The family here even welcomed me into traditional ceremony. Feeling very blessed to be here. Feels like coming home. 🙏"

"Rustically charming. The team make this resort, shuttle to Ubud is handy."

"Beautiful service at a beautiful villa"

"Had a room opposite the restaurant and lounge so it was noisy from guests talking at night and in the morning. Once till 3:30am. Room had a musty smell from the bathroom. Taxi drivers sometimes could not find the right route to drive Bach to the hotel door and we had to walk through dark alleyways in a residential area. Restaurant food was good in the evenings, we ate there twice. Buffet breakfast was ok, but the Ala carte breakfast on the last day during low occupancy was very good."

"Soulshine Bali hotel was an Amazing experience. The hotel staff were amazing, very sweet and accommodating. They also upgraded my room for free to a better room prior to getting there so when I arrived, I was able to stay in a larger sized room with better amenities. The food was great, the rooms were great, and the Ambiance was also very cool with good chill house music. The massages were also amazing and on point. I definitely left my hotel experience, feeling relaxing, and rejuvenated. I...

"Great hospitality. They greet you with a great green beverage. They walk you to your room and explain their accommodations along with the hours. The rooms are very very clean. When I come back to bali I will choose this Resort again."

"First I want to start by saying the staff was absolutely amazing, so warm and welcoming. My villa was very nice and they keep clean. Having a restaurant on the premises is soooo convenient. 10/10 I will be back!"

"This was our first time in Bali and Ubud, and Alaya was a great base for exploring. The location is very central, with lots of restaurants, cafés, shops and spas within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is clean, modern and set in beautiful, lush surroundings. It also isn’t a huge resort, which we liked, as it was quick and easy to get back to the room or head out again. The air conditioning in our room was strong and worked really well. The staff were consistently friendly, and the...

"The highlight of our stay was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Almost everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Small touches such as remembering our breakfast orders, bringing snacks with drinks ordered from the bar, helping us find the right driver, and explaining the local area and surroundings really made a difference. There are a few areas where the property could improve, particularly with housekeeping and room...

"予約したツインベッド２つの部屋ではなく、ダブルベッド１つになっていた。変更して貰おうとしても　満室で部屋がない・ツインベットでの予約は貰っていない・　スタッフの対応も雑で楽しみにしていた宿泊もがっかりでした。"
