DON'T BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. My l'oréal paris steampod hair iron was broken due to a power outage in my room. Following their intervention, I mentioned to the electrician that my device was no longer functional. Afterwards, I asked the hotel for an investigation and following the electricity report, the hotel had agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the device since I have to get a new one. The next day, they refused to reimburse me, despite their confirmation the day before. This is unacceptable, there are very nice hotels with much better service next door. Don't go to Alaya.
