"Lovely family hotel. Found it quiet even though it’s just off the bypass. Hotel has its own taxi service which we found easier to use than go jek etc. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. About 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of warungs and restaurants close by especially if you leave through the back entrance which is open till 9pm. Rooms clean and spacious with great air con in each bedroom and living room. Staff were great at keeping the grounds looking good and I believe spraying them...

Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. "This was our first trip to Bali. We loved the property, the space and our private pool. The staff here are always smiling and incredibly kind. It was so nice and quiet yet close enough to beaches and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!! We will be back! "

"Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie. The villa is a bit old (18 yrs) and you can see that by the state of some details in the house. For example the hot water wasn’t running in one room, you had to wait...

"This was truly a wonderful place. The staff was very humble and always accomodated to our needs. We came here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and while we went out for lunch the staff decorated our room which left my husband speechless when we came back. Our rooms were always clean and i would definitely come back again."

"Overall the resort was great. I liked the private pool in the villa, how spacious the villa was and the swipe card entry. Even the main pool area was nice! The only thing I was not fond of was the bathroom had a high adjoining wall to the villa next door, therefore you could hear the people in their bathroom. Apart from this, everything was perfect. "

"This was my fourth stay, possibly more, i keep coming back as it is safe, clean, very good value for money, staff are super friendly, the villas are perfect for my needs, private, own pool, very clean and well maintained. The gardens and pool is attended to daily. Everything is just perfect. Location is excellent, strip of restaurants, bars and shops nearby but not so close that you can hear them. "

"It was so peaceful and very relaxing. All the staff were very welcoming and amenable. The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us. We had the same cleaner throughout our stay - he soon got to learn our quirks!! We loved having our pool, our area, which enhances the relaxation. During our stay, we also used the restaurant and the spa areas."
