"Breakfast is included for all the hotel guests which was really nice. yoghurt, fruit, pastries, coffee, tea, juice, oat and etc hot meals available to order for additional fee. Hotel is 9 minutes drive to town center. Rooms are so very lovely, we stayed in two rooms and they were both great, spacious, fully equiped. large outdoor and i door space for drinks and foods. also, this is a perfect stay for family with pets. staffs are professional, friendly and helpful."

"The Hotel was lovely. Great quiet location with everything needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful with what we have asked for. The breakfast was fabulous and very delicious. Same stands for the main restaurant the food was amazing. Only small recommendation I would give is for the spa facilities. They need some improvement. The pool water was not very warm as I was with my small daughter and I would not say is really considered for small children. The sauna as well it was not that hot...

"This guest house was superbly clean, comfortable and warm. Travelled with two other adults and had a spacious room which could easily have taken 4. We were welcomed by Lucy who instantly made us feel at home in Green Haven and the local area. Short distance from the town centre and theatre. Although on a main road was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend it. Will definitely return. "

We were surprised to see major outside work which began at six am each morning.Our bedrooms were in a separate building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were adequate for two people but there was insufficient tea/milk also only one hand towel and water glass. One positive was we were very near to the theatre which was our main reason for visiting Stratford upon Avon. Otherwise our stay at...

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
