"This place is huge! More than enough room for our party of 14. Very clean, super comfortable. The only note I didn’t realize is that it’s right off the highway, but the house’s comfort and amenities were above and beyond. "

"Will stay again for sure. Gary was very helpful in guiding us to location of nearest store based on we are unfamiliar with the area. Check in was easy. House clean and attractive decor. Full kitchen. Which is a bonus with today's prices of eating out. We didn't cook our eat meals there, due to we ate with my daughter that lives nearby. However the kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms comfortable. Adequate towels in bedrooms and bathroom. We brought towels because sometimes I have allergies...

"Another great weekend at Ray's place! This was our fourth stay with our writers' retreat and as usual, the house was perfect. Ray is a wonderful host, very responsive. The house is exactly as described, quiet and wooded but still close to anything you might need. If the location fits your needs, you'll be very happy here. "

"Our family had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the beautiful property and amenities, including the luxurious pool, pool house, outdoor lounging and eating areas, sauna, fire pit, theater style chairs for movie watching, and more. It was also not too far from Dayton to enjoy a day there. The hosts were lovely people and very helpful, going above and beyond. Questions were answered very quickly. "I just wanted to get away for the Labor Day weekend with my dog. The cabin was exactly like its pictures. It’s definitely a fisherman or hunters cabin, but it was very clean and actually had everything that I needed. Don’t expect five star or even a four star but again like I said, it was very nice and clean comfortable. Had a fire pit and the park style grill. Right across the street was a boat ramp and that walked around to the beach.."
