These innkeepers are the friendliest you'll ever encounter. The Loft has been available only a handful of years--but it's been immaculately appointed, including an incredibly comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen, & a private deck with excellent grill & the same...

"Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. "

"An idyllic stay at a property that was delightful, from the views to the overall comfort, and was well and amply stocked with thoughtful amenities. The location is great, in terms of proximity to Damariscotta and environs, but one also feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of summer tourists. The kayaks were fun, as was looking for animals in the water at low tide. A true haven of a rental that was much appreciated!"

"Loved it on every level. Cottage was super clean and loved the style and the size. There is a pond and a field out back with fireplaces and areas to sit and hang out. Perfect for the morning walk with the dog. The cottages are fairly close to each other but each had their own very private deck so I didn’t mind at all. Communication from the hosts was also perfect whilst leaving you enough privacy. Would come back for sure. "

"This cottage was adorable and cozy with two bedrooms in a quiet town. We loved it so much that we will book this cottage again in the future. Bonus: there's an oyster shop called Aphrodite Oysters down the street with fresh and delicious oysters."

"Jill is great with communication. The place is perfect partially obstructed water view but great from the top loft. Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Boothbay and Pemaquid. Damariscotta is 15 minutes away. We would certainly recommend and return."

"This is our third time on this property & second staying in April's condo. She works hard to keep her place clean & inviting besides being a very gracious host! The grounds are beautiful & the community there is very welcoming."
