"We came for a wedding and wished we were staying for a week! So many great historic buildings. Great downtown. And this Historic home was perfect for our family! Such a beautiful, well cared for home. We loved it!"

"We stayed Friday evening through Sunday morning and could not have had a better experience. We were close enough to town that we could go in if we wanted to at any time, but had everything we needed in this house, The kitchen accommodations were perfect for cooking meals. The atmosphere was so peaceful, the only things we heard were wind and cows. The hosts made wonderful muffins each morning and communicated really well regarding approaching storms. We 100% will use this facility again!"

"This was the ideal place for our golf team to stay. Had enough beds for our boys and enough personal space for the adults. Were able to manage things very easily here. Very positive experience. "

"Amazing property! Beyond our expectations. We had an out door fire pit us many more amenities. Walking through the vineyard was relaxing. Lots Of space for a large Family or rent it for a retreat."

"We were in the area for family weekend at OSU but due to overcrowding in Stillwater had no choice but to stay in Guthrie. We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and charm of this little town. The apartment is in an excellent downtown location, there are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the property owner and neighbors were extremely hospitable. The apartment is located above an art gallery and is a well kept, older residence (beware the stairs for anyone...

"The toilet backed up into the shower/tub! GROSS!!, water drainage problems galore!! Water issues left and right. The washer leaked, the washer when set on warm water put steaming water on the clothes. Water issues galore! Not fit for people til the pipes are rota-rootered!!!! Otherwise a cute place…but needs massive pipe work!!! Do not stay here until the pipes are fixed!!!"
