Welcome travellers to our charming apartment situated in the quiet town of Marsascala, perfect for families/couples seeking a peaceful getaway & wishes to have all the comforts of a home away from home.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Step outside onto the balcony & unwind with a cup of coffee as you take in the quiet street view! A fully equipped kitchen also available to prepare meals with ease.

Washer, Wifi and AC provided for added convenience during your stay.

The apartment is also equipped with a washer for laundry convenience, high-speed WiFi for staying connected, and air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Living Spaces| Escape to the balcony and enjoy a tranquil moment with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while absorbing the serene street view. With cozy seating provided, it offers an ideal setting to unwind and immerse yourself in the Mediterranean atmosphere. Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining part, a sofa looking at the TV for guests to relax.

Kitchen| Prepare delicious meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or cooking a family dinner, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms both of which include a comfortable double bed.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 1 full bathroom which boasts a bathtub for relaxation after a day of exploration.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and cafes, you'll have everything you need within easy reach. Sample fresh seafood at a local restaurant, pick up groceries for a home-cooked meal, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll through the village center.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to avoiding extra noise. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate, but we provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Check-ins are done either by one of our team or by a self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedule is given during the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people registered within the booking.

EXTRA NOTES:

Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen clean (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we find.

The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.

If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
