"My flight was super early compared to the check-in time. I shared my concern, with the host, who allowed an early luggage drop off. The communication was effective and quick throughout. The host took time to make sure that I had no issue locating the place or checking in. The place was clean, with snacks provided. The checkout process was quick and easy. The hosts kindness and making sure I was set was pleasant, cause we all know some host are not. I would Definitely stay here again if I’m back...

"I've stayed at this property in the past. Funny thing is the last time and this time I had the exact same room. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked very well, plenty of hot water for showering. The hotel is a block from the Navy Yard and 3 short blocks from the Marine Barracks at 8th & I. There is a Capital Bikeshare on the block, and getting around by bike is easy. There are a few restaurants in the area and a very well stocked...

"The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!"

"I appreciate that the service apt is spotless when I checked in. All the facilities are in good working order. The location is so convenient- close to supermarkets, restaurants, metro and train station. The location also is clean and safe. The building has good security, access is easy and I can just use my Apple Watch to unlock the elevator and door. This is my 3rd stay here. Looking forward to 2027 summer. I will definitely return again for my summer staycation."
