"The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty.
In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process.
The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. "

"We booked this hotel for a one-night stay because of its convenient location near the Spanish Embassy, but it far exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive, and our corner room comfortably accommodated four adults without feeling cramped. We enjoyed the nice views, modern décor, and high-quality beds, linens, pillows, and towels. Our only minor complaint was that the rain shower pressure was a bit weak.
