"Why is the rating so low?
Because the photos and the description do not match reality. The listing clearly states that guests have access to a BBQ (as shown on the website), but the real photos do not confirm the presence of any barbecue area. In our messages, we were informed at the last moment that there was no BBQ at all. The host even suggested that we could bring our own barbecue, which clearly shows that the listing was misleading. "A good value property and comfortable with all we needed for a short stay. We appreciated the items left for making breakfast and good communication/information from the owner. We found it ideal for visiting Oxford with just a short drive to Park and Ride."
