"Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. "

"We arrived to find that the Inn was under extensive renovation. Terrible fumes from paint and stain when we arrived in the bar to check in. We were shown to a room, up a set of stairs with carpet pulled up and screws littered on the steps. The window was open to the construction site. Freezing cold and no heat. "Great location for us as we enjoyed the short walk to the High St. for shopping. Tesco was across the street. And Savernake Forest was on our doorstep for hiking. The room was clean and staff were helpful. Just as you would expect for a Premier Inn."

"In a lovely historic building set within pleasant grounds, especially as the wisteria was in flower. Very helpful staff, lovely room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was perhaps a little disappointing- dry basic with little choice of healthy cereal or cooked food if you are vegetarian. Overall very good though."

"Stayed for one night in Room 8, room was clean, spacious and well equipped looking out onto the garden. Full English breakfast was really good, although tea and coffee were extra cost. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Overall a great short stay, we will definitely visit again! "
