"There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. "

"My mum and I had an amazing experience here. Such a quaint little English lodging. Exceptional dinner and solid breakfast the next morning. Everyone was so friendly! Jo had fantastic knowledge of the area and sent us on a cute walk to meet some local bees! Special shout out to Barney the cute doggo! If we ever make it back to England we will definitely be back! "

"The staff are very friendly, attentive and so helpful! They go above and beyond to make your stay great. We managed to upgrade to a suite for just £25 extra which was great to have the extra space and a nice coffee machine, however the room could do with a bit of modernising. The bed and sofa bed weren't very comfortable and both very noisy when moving even just a little bit. The breakfast was great, a good selection and topped up regularly but for some reason the breakfast room was very loud,...
