"Excellently managed room . Carpet was little dirty"

"Staff is so helpful! They stored our baggage while we checked out for a 3 day tour to the Isle of Skye - we stayed at Premier Inn for 3 days prior, then returned for 2 more nights after the tour. Breakfast was excellent-ample buffet, but they also would cook porridge or eggs on order. Hotel has great location but is quiet."

"Check-in was easy, onsite bar, complimentary coffee, tea and water were appreciated and convenient; however, the room could use a thorough cleaning. There was dust caked up in several areas of the room, the floors along the bed and walls look like they’ve never been vacuumed, and the carpet was stained/needs cleaning or replacing. No outlet in the bathroom & the lifts were malfunctioning. The location is great for accessing many of the sights in Edinburgh, but I don’t recommend this hotel."

"Good location near St James Quarter, with easy access to sites and easy walk to the Royal Mile. Rooms were spacious and well equipped (refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, iron, blowdryer, etc.) and bed was very comfortable. Rooms could use touch ups - stains on carpet, and paint chipped away on baseboards in bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly and restaurant on site."
