"No free water, so expensive, extra charges upon arrival. Cash not accepted in the restaurant. Staying on the top bunk was so troublesome, having to climb up and down a ladder that was uncomfortable. The rungs were round so it hurt my feet, if it was flat it would be much better. It's much better to get the bottom bunk. There's no door so you can hear when people are talking very loudly. It's not separated males vs female, so as I got up to use the washroom at night, some guy was just walking...

Go to desk, chap disappears for 10 minutes before saying room dirty so will upgrade to a suite, this is also dirty and being cleaned so can we go through ID checks so they don't have to be done later and I can just pick up room key when it is ready in 15 minutes time, in the meantime here's a voucher for 3 free drinks at bar.

"Very modern clean space, Helpful staff. Wonderful restaurant with excellent service. The room was very tight though for three people with one person having to climb a ladder to get to bed. No sitting space within the room except on your bed. So the lobby became our hang out space , which was comfortable and had many charging ports. In very cold weather we took an uber to the ferry which was an easy five minute crossing."
