"House has not been updated since the early 80s, needs new beds badly…there are literally cots in one of the bedrooms. The heating situation was strange (wall electric heat) with no heat in two of the bedrooms aside from some plug in heaters that cannot run at the same time because they blow a fuse. "I highly recommend you stay away from this listing. We stayed for less than 30 mins due to several reasons. There is a 2 inch gap between the door and the door jamb which was allowing freezing air into the unit. The temperature when we arrived was 51 degrees, with the sun going down in mid February, it was going to get much colder. There were 2 small space heaters for heating. The kicker was the ants in the bed. I attempted to work with the owners for a refund and enlisted VRBO as well to work...
