"Four days with 4 adults and 3 & 1 year old. Three year old caught her first fish! She was so excited! Property large and has front and back screen houses which was great because we had some rain. Great supply of games and toys for kids. Beach and playground close and not busy at all. Kitchen well supplied as we cooked every meal. I would definitely recommend this property. "

"When compared with what you get to the price paid, this was a good value. The place could use a few up grades but for the most part it was all good. "

"Expectations are key. If you expect this to be a dated lake cabin that's clean and comfortable with a great view but not perfect in every way, you'll love it. If you expect this to be a new modern lake "house" with the amenities of home, then you'll be disappointed. Any bad reviews appear to be people who wanted a modern lake house for a vintage cabin price. It has a window AC and plenty of fans. It was in the 90s and we were comfortable. "This was a perfect home for a family get away. Plenty of sleeping space with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Being right on the water with access to kayaks was such a bonus. The view was amazing! We had a wonderful campfire (and s'mores bar) in the evening and having enough chairs for everyone was so nice. Close to the Crystal River Tubing where we had an excellent time."

"Was a very nice property...very homey, and had a beautiful riverside location. We were in for a family event, so we didn't use the water sport equipment available, but the kayaks looked inviting. Almost everything we needed was available. Cups, glasses, well equipped kitchen, towels, washer and dryer avail. Communication with the owners was proactive and helpful to checkin. Place was clean and we tried to keep it that way. If there was any down side, there was only one full bath and a half bath,...
