"This property was perfect for a multi-night stay in Monterey. My daughter graduated from CSUMB and this house was located by campus and was able to accommodate all 6 people easily. We enjoyed many meals together and the kids loved the game room set up in the garage. The house is very clean and the layout is perfect! It is much better in person than in pictures. It was only a mile to the beach. Highly recommended!"

"This review describes an ADA unit in hopes to help someone that needs it to make an informed decision.The master bedroom has a queen size bed instead of a king to allow space for a wheelchair to pass. The masterbath has a tub with a bench on one end and there are handrails everywhere. The sink does not have bottom cabinets to allow full access with a wheelchair.The second bathroom also has plenty of handrails and a roll in shower.
