"Traveled with family from Wisconsin. Location was close to so many sight seeing adventures, Saratoga springs-racetrack, shopping and dining. Hudson River cruise and museum. We enjoyed our stay!!!! Cute house, spacious inside and out."

"Deanna keeps a well appointed, well equipped home. It was exactly as advertised. I enjoyed my stay there and I highly recommend the property. It is close to everything and great access to the highways. Cozy describes it perfectly."

"This house is newly renovated and has lots of little amenities not available in other rentals. Any appliance you might need, hair dryer, tons of choices for TV entertainment. The location is ideal in West Albany near the University, shopping, major highways, etc. The owner quickly responds to all communications."

"The biggest disappointment was that the property did not match the listing. We expected two full bathrooms, but there was only one bathtub, and then one half-bath. The rooms pictured on the listing showed two king rooms, and one double bed room, however the third room was actually bunk beds not a double. The third room was also semi-detached, and was off the back, through the garage (this was also not in the listing.) The bedroom off the garage was not very well heated, when we let the host...

"This is a longer but since there aren’t other reviews I want to make sure add details. The townhouse is 3 stories. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with king beds. The beds were comfortable, there is duel bathrooms between the bedrooms and the shower between those. Some of the doors didn’t latch close. There are blinds on the windows but no curtains so a lot of street light comes into the room at night. "Our family of six had an incredible stay at Brookledge Treehouse Lodge. The property offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We enjoyed the ice bucket pond, which was a hit with the kids for both swimming and canoeing. The hikes around the area were beautiful, and we had a blast with the various yard games provided.
