Very well cared flat, within walking distance of the centre

Accommodation description:
The flat is perfectly and completely furnished. The two bedrooms both have a double bed, one of which has direct access to the balcony. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped and the large balcony makes this flat complete for a perfect stay in Maria Alm
In a few minutes' walk, you are in the centre of Maria Alm. The cosy village square is surrounded by nice terraces. From the village, the first ski lift (also in summer) goes directly to the entire Hochkönig ski area.
Maria Alm is very popular among winter sports enthusiasts due to its small size and good location. A medium-sized ski area is right on your doorstep, offering challenges for every type of skier. And it is not too far to Leogang or Zell am See/Kaprun within half an hour.
Many sporting activities in the area make this flat attractive. Hikers and mountain bikers can indulge themselves, and a beautiful golf course is nearby
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Urlaub war Hervorragend, Sauberkeit der Wohnung top. Lediglich der Kühlschrank wurde getauscht, so das kein Gefrierfach vorhanden ist. Kleine Anmerkung: Leider hier keine Hochkönigcad dabei.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung 😊

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend und war uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden. Haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und hatten dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub

Frühjahrsurlaub

Sehr gepflegter Ort, sehr gut eingerichtete und saubere Ferienwohnung und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir waren zu dritt, Platz für eine vierte Person ist in jedem Fall. Unser Urlaub fiel in die Nebensaison, wenig Touristen im April im Ort, daher sehr ruhig. Das Wetter ließ ein Glück ein paar Tage wandern zu. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great stay

Warm, clean, close to the centre of Maria Alm, even closer to a supermarket. Great two weeks in an apartment that had every thing we needed. Not too long a walk to the ski lifts, but we left our skis in a depot to make the walk even easier. We didn’t have a car so an ideal location.

Sehr zufrieden

Schöne Fewo, gute ruhige Lage, sehr sauber, komfortabel eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, genug Platz für vier Personen, sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Es gibt nichts was wir in der Wohnung vermisst haben.
