Located in the picturesque valley alongside the Margaret River, the villa is surrounded by native flora and fauna and has been designed around relaxed coastal living and a connection to the outdoors.

From the custom-built cedar sauna and outdoor shower to the optional ice bath, fire pit and private outdoor spaces, Hafvilla has everything you need to switch off and unwind.

Spend the day surfing, riding the trails, walking the coast or exploring the wineries, then come home, heat up in the sauna, cool off under the outdoor shower or in the optional ice bath, and settle in by the fire.

Just a 2-minute drive from Surfers Point and the River Mouth and around 9 minutes from Margaret River township, you’re perfectly situated to enjoy everything the South West has to offer.
Hafvilla, an old Norse word meaning “becalmed at sea”, is exactly how we want you to feel when you arrive — somewhere to slow down, reconnect and leave feeling refreshed.

Recently completed, the villa fits beautifully into the surrounding bushland, with extensive use of reclaimed Indonesian teak timber cladding and linings, natural rammed limestone feature walls, reclaimed teak ceilings and structural timber posts and beams, while still maintaining a light, breezy coastal feel.

The main living and dining areas open directly onto the private decking, alfresco and grassed area, so wherever you are in the home, you feel connected to the surrounding native bushland. Both bedrooms have glass sliding doors opening onto their own outdoor living areas.

The villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfectly suited to a couples getaway, two couples travelling together or a relaxing stay with a small family.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Bosch oven and induction cooktop, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi and a 55-inch TV are also included.

For those wanting to make wellness part of their stay, take some time to relax and rejuvenate in the custom-built teak and Western red cedar sauna. Follow it with a cool outdoor shower or arrange the Vital ice bath for a hot-and-cold experience surrounded by the bush.

Afterwards, light the outdoor fire, pour a glass of local wine and settle in for the evening.
