"The cabin was fantastic -- especially the porch and hot tub with views over the mountains. The owner was helpful -- with useful information about the area and the cabin was nicely appointed. The drive up to the cabin was steep (for a flatlander like me!) -- but really worth the view!!"

"We stayed in town to catch up with some family. Had beautiful weather in July. Cabin was perfect, clean and had everything we needed. Easy access and great communication with owners. We’ll be back. "

"My ideal spot, off the beaten path, quiet, and beautiful. Check in and getting into the house was easy, directions to the house were exact. House was clean, besides a little sticky spill in a table in one bedroom that hadn't been wiped away from the previous renter. Didn't take much effort to wipe up. Took me a minute to realize the "twin beds" in the 3rd bedroom space was a trundle bed. Internet was spotty, and the movie we watched one night kept buffering, but we got through it. Otherwise,...

"This house and property are stunning. We had a wonderful stay. We had a small issue at check in and the owner (and her crew) were quick to resolve it. Great communication with the owner. My family and our friends spent the majority of our stay at the house because there was a lot to do onsite (including reading, cooking, hiking, playing in the creek, fire pit, hot tub, relaxing). However, we did spend a day in downtown Franklin and had fun. I have no doubt that my family and I will return....

"This was a wonderful vacation spot! The house was exactly as described. What was great was there was five of us and we had plenty room to spread out and not be on top of each other the entire time.The dock was perfect, we rented a boat for a few days and were able to keep it docked at the house. There are also paddle boards there you can use at no additional charge which was great! "It was very easy to check in. Communication from the homeowner was terrific! We enjoyed fishing, hiking and exploring the area. We had friends nearby so it was the perfect location for us to stay. "

"Our stay was wonderful, we wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with Simone was great, everything was in order upon arrival, & having the dock was a wonderful source of joy for our family to swim, catch fish & visit! It’s such a pristine, lovely home! "

We had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, and hot tub and pool table were a nice touch. Drive up the 1st time was a bit nerve racking, but easy up and down after that. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful views, sun rises/sunsets, and peace and quiet!"
